Grand Café Naeve de Paort is a cosy catering establishment located in the same building as Carré Hotel Zuid-Limburg. The Grand Café is run by three young, ambitious and experienced catering entrepreneurs. These three entrepreneurs have their roots in the village and are keen to create a place where people can enjoy good food and drink.

What does 'Naeve de Paort' mean?
'Naeve de Paort' is Limburg dialect and literally means 'Beside the gate'.
The reason for naming the hospitality area next to the hotel after it has to do with the fact that the property as a whole is a National monument is. It was given this monumental status by the keystone above the gate on the East/Street side of the property.
