Baker Roel is passionate about the baking profession. Even though he has sold his bakery, he still likes to keep busy with that profession. Together with his wife Cathelijne, he organises baking workshops in which they always bake a specific product. The focus is often on Limburg vlaai (flan), because it is a unique regional product that lends itself well to making during a workshop.
Have you always wanted to know how to make the tastiest bread and a delicious Limburg flan? Then book a workshop at Het Bak Atelier. During the workshop, you will learn the tricks of the trade under the expert guidance of baker Roel: from kneading the dough to baking. You will make the product yourself from start to finish.
