Baker Roel is passionate about the baking profession. Even though he has sold his bakery, he still likes to keep busy with that profession. Together with his wife Cathelijne, he organises baking workshops in which they always bake a specific product. The focus is often on Limburg vlaai (flan), because it is a unique regional product that lends itself well to making during a workshop.
