Your stay
Our aim is to make your stay in South Limburg as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we do some things differently from what you might be used to at other hotels. Because we don't want you to be faced with unpleasant surprises, we like to take you by the hand.
Arrive with a drink
You are on holiday, a weekend or midweek away. Chances are you had to travel for some time before arriving in South Limburg. The last thing we want is for you to have to queue up afterwards to check in. Before we move on to the 'official' part, we would like to invite you for a drink on the house. Take a seat in our restaurant or on the terrace and one of our colleagues will offer you a well-deserved drink.
Check-in from the comfort of your armchair
Once you have recovered somewhat from your trip and the welcome drink has been served, a colleague will come to your table with a tablet or laptop. We will go through your reservation together, check all the details and then check you in.
The key & your room
You indicate to us when you are ready to go to your room. To 'drop' your things or to freshen up. A colleague walks with you to your room and hands you your hotel key.

Would you like to have lunch or dinner? Then we can use the restaurant near the hotel, Grand Carré Naeve de Paortwarmly recommend it. Should you prefer to eat elsewhere, we will be happy to advise you on the various options South Limburg has to offer. Even better: We have already listed some tips for you.

Check-out
We hope you had a pleasant stay in South Limburg and in our hotel. You can check out with our colleagues until 10:00 am. However, it is also possible to make use of our sleep-out service that allows you to check out only at 11:00.
